1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using DeenMate AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DeenMate AI is an Islamic lifestyle app that helps with daily spiritual practice. Features include:

• Accurate Prayer Times based on your current location
• Qibla Direction using your device’s compass and location
• Daily Qur’an Verses with translation
• Ask AI assistant for general Islamic questions and lifestyle guidance (powered by a third-party AI provider)
• Tasbih Counter for dhikr
• Zakat Calculator with gold/silver nisab options
• Daily Duas collection
• Prayer & Verse Reminders via on-device notifications
• Clean, modern Islamic UI Core features are free. Optional DeenMate Pro provides additional benefits via subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Lifetime Purchase. One-time payment for ongoing access to premium features; no renewal.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple; we cannot issue refunds directly. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.
• Pricing Changes. We may update pricing for future purchases or renewals; any changes will be communicated in-app or via release notes.
